When is the consultation fee paid?
After the consultation when applicable. Eligible plan-covered consultations do not show a separate consultation payment form.
Can AI issue a prescription?
No. AI is clinician-only decision support. The assigned doctor must review the case and explicitly approve every prescription version.
Are medicine charges included?
Medicine and delivery are separate from consultation and plan payments unless an approved plan version explicitly states otherwise.
What if payment stays pending?
Keep the payment reference and check status. Aevio does not prompt an immediate repeat merely because a page timed out.
